"Emma Bell's Vault for Vauxhall"-The Aftermath!

Afternoon!!!
So finally I have a minute to write and tell you all about what went down on Monday...at the much anticipated "Emma Bell's Vault for Vauxhall" of which I was appointed as Creative Director of with Vauxhall Motors!!!6 weeks of super hard work and the result was most definitely worth it!
So where to start...after a couple of all nighters putting the finishing touches of glitter on props....chasing up the finer details....We were up bright and early at 5am to load all of the goodies into a van (that strangely smelled of beef...gross) driven by a dude called Paulo...
Me and superstar production manager and creative mastermind, Alexis Knox, rocked up to the Vaults at London Bridge with our amazing team (thanks Rosie, Russell, Emma, Eleni,Katie, Lucy, Natasha, Will, Adam...sorry if I forgot anyone!) and prepared for the arrival of candyfloss machines, hot dog man, mystical forests....
The venue is HUGE....400 metres long...with 25 individual vaults!

One of my favourite parts of the day was seeing Will rock his special tree costume...I've never witnessed such a corker of a robe in my life....

So the doors then cracked open to the world of dreams....taken through a darkened maze lit with UV with the spooky sounds of Mario Brothers haunted castle....woooo spooky....I especially had a cheap laugh as I heard people's screams echo down the corridor!
Then the party times began....cupcakes, Lambrini, stilt walkers, candyfloss, hot dogs, a coconut shy and funfair games....hair-do's from a car from the AMAZING Charlie Le Mindu....a corker of a performance from the one and only Scottee....Scottee rocked a beaut of a spangly outfit by Lee Benjamin as he flounced in his ball pool amongst glitter and tinsel....

And now some tropical beats for you to throw some shapes at....
We had celebrity guest DJs in the form of Jodie Harsh, Ebony Bones and Frankmusik....YES PLEASE....

Then came a second chance to see my SS09 collection, as seen on the catwalk at London Fashion Week.....With super special make-up from artist Melissa Lee...hair by Charlie Le Mindu and my amazing models....the clothes trotted their way down a pink glitter catwalk peppered with specially Emma Bell commissioned cars!

This was one of the most exciting and challenging projects that I have ever worked on and I am so happy that it was such a great success!Check out some cheeky snaps......

And of course the extra special Vauxhall cars!!!!

oooh yes...and for your viewing entertainment....what went down after the doors had closed......

Love and Vauxhall Party Times!!
Emma xxxx
