The Unicorn Ring of Dreams!

Afternoon!!!
I am sitting being all Christmassy and watching a 'Come Dine with Me' MARATHON!!!
So every now and then I spot something so exquisite that I know will make me eternally happy....one of those things that you know you have to have in your life and then can't stop thinking about it and looking at it!
Imagine my delight when I discovered this bargainous UNICORN RING...all pearlescent and special...and pink and gold (one of my favourite colour combos!). I love this ring more than anything...and plan to keep it forever and pass it down to the Grandchildren and that!
AND...would you believe that it only cost £10...and it came from Topshop?!!!!
This beauty is my new favourite thing and I'm going to call her Persephone!
In addition to the ridiculous, contrived photos above...not only have I thrown my hands into the Christmas tree...you can spy my extra special salt dough decoration who is wearing a little bit of Emma Bell!!!
I went on a rampage making sparkly little decorations, predominantly tiny, glittered up gingerbread men, but there was one deformed one left over...so she got turned into a supermodel wearing a palm tree dress...with boobs! She is called Gertrude....
Over and Out,
Love and Unicorns!

Let's Get Fizzy!!!!SODA STREAM!!!

here is the shop front and my three custom pieces!!!
Oohh iyya Fizzicles!!!
I was super excited to be working with a mega fizzy, special client last week...SODA STREAM!!! I was always a huge fan so this special project saw me jumping with joy!!woooo!!!
So this international, iconic brand that we all know and love as we were either
never allowed one when we were a kid or were drinking and bragging about it at school all the time!
The fizzy drink machine is re-launching with a whole string of shiny new machines and super hot flavours! Paying homage to it's 80's youth, Soda Stream set up a pop up shop in Camden, presented by Frank PR, where fans and media could come and buy the brand new sparkling machines as well as sample the delights!!! The three day extravaganza launched last Tuesday night with an extra special party with 80's music, dancefloor, fizzy cocktails and allsorts! Celebs in the mix included Remi Nicole, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Shingai from the 'Noisettes'.
I was commisioned to create a selection of custom designs along with fellow artists, Dan Stafford and Meg Mathews.

me with my snow curls in action and Meg Mathews and her creations!
The pieces I created were of course covered in lots of sparkles and totally bejewelled!!!

Imagine when I discovered that they have a nice, juicy energy product to compliment my obsession?!!? It's called 'XStream'!!!AMAZING! They have a whole string of hot new flavours including sugar-free! If that's not enough, their products and machines are good for a happy environment by running without batteries or electricity, and doing a whole load of recycling!!!
LOVED working on this brief with such an awesome brand, so much fun, and of course, playing with rhinestones and glitter for hours is always a treat!!!!
Love and Fizziclessss!!!

Evening Pina Coladas!!!!
OH MY GOD!!!!I was soooo excited when I discovered this super juicy line
of sparkling jewels!!!! Locketship is an LA based brand created by Maria Ewing-Estrada and it's totally up my street!!! Oooh these pieces are AMAZING, totally over-sized....lots of rainbow colours...and incredibly cute!!!
The ethos behind the jewellery is to transform the traditional locket and actually expose the contents rather than hide them. So these pieces show an array of delights from mini Eiffel towers and trinkets encased in expoxy resin.

Check out these beauties!
Each 'Locketship' piece is lovingly hand made by Maria and her husband,Aaron, on the other side of the Atlantic from me, in Los Angeles! Maria's creations range from necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings to gourmet hair accessories! I LOVE THEM!
There is even a special collection for men....ch ch check them out:

They also have a super special kitty collection that i ADORE!!! Here are a few of my fave pieces!!!

The Cats Meow necklace is HUGE....I LOVE IT!!! Candyfloss pink pearls, massivo bow and of course a kitttttyyyy!!!
For those of you lucky enough to be soaking up the sun in sunny California....you can get your hands on these pretty treats at one of the Locketship stockists:
'Glow Accessories' at 7451 Melrose Avenue, LA
'Handmade Galleries' 14556 Ventura Blvd, Sherman Oaks
or if you are elsewhere.....you can shop till your heart's content at their scrumptious online store:
www.locketship.com

Lime Crime and the Best Gift Ever!!!

Hiya!!!
Imagine my squeals of delight this morning when a beautiful package full of amazing Lime Crime lipsticks appeared on my doorstep!!!Eeek so excited!
The lovely Doe Deere sent me an extra special gift all the way from New York of her scrumptious, high colour lipsticks all wrapped up in twinkly star paper! So you already know all about my eternal love for this utterly gourmet make-up brand as I wrote about it a couple of weeks ago! But, now I have finally had the chance to give the lipsticks a try and test! They totally get the thumbs up from me!

The lovely Doe Deere, Audrey Kitching and Raquel Reed pictured above (photographed by Steve Prue and Redrum) are rocking the three delightful colours that I shall be sporting this upcoming festive season and beyond!!!
'Airbourne Unicorn'-a divine candy coloured purple.
'My Beautiful Rocket'-a totally tropical juicy, tango orange.
'No She Didn't'-an intense pigment icey, bubblegum blue-tipped as "Smur-fily Spectacular" by Nylon Mag!

It's always a tricky task finding super hot colours that are so opaque, I've battled with this over the years and always when I find the perfect colour it applies all wishy-washy...however....with these beauties it's a different story! They colours are amazing and last for a long time....I did various tests including smoking a cigarette or two....a couple of cups of tea etc! Woo I love them so much, I can't wait for the glitter party times!!!
You can buy these corkers online as well as the equally incredible 'Magic Dusts' for your eyes and Lime Crime ships all around the world!!! woop!
CLICK HERE TO GET YOUR HANDS ON THESE DELIGHTS!!!
A zillion cupcakes and thanks to Limecrime and Doe Deere for winging such a magical parcel my way!!!! I LOVE THEM!!!!

SS10 LOOKBOOK!

Hiya!!!
So a few weeks ago we shot my SS10 lookbook over in beautiful Vienna! Here are a few cheeky images from the shoot for your perusal!!!
I worked with an awesome team! Thanks guys!
Also, for the first time, you can see the results of my magical collaboration with dye genius, Pebelle! The two hand-dyed dresses that you can see were created out of intricately dyed textiles lovingly made by Pebelle! The dyed hosiery were also created by Pebelle in collaboration with SS10. You can also see a couple of pairs of Celeste Stein tights thrown into the mix too!
Photographer: Wolfgang Steiner
Hair and Make-up: Nadja Hluchovsky
Models AMT Agency: Elisabeth Resch and Harriet Crosby
Here is a bit of spiel about SS10 just so you are in the know!!!

Emma Bell SS10 collection concentrates on a fabricated exploration of kaleidoscopic eruption and nostalgic mixed-media combining the traditional craft techniques of quilting, tie dye and embroidery. A collaboration of textile development from knitted yarns to plastics encapsulating the underlying plethora of muses including British boxing, influences taken from involving myself in Austria, hand-dyeing, Victorian Porn and it’s representation of the female form fuelled by the balance of ‘order meets disorder’ taken from the playright ‘Arcadia.’

So there you go! Hope you like the new images and have a lovely Sunday!!!
Love and Yorkshire Puddings!!!
