Goddag....that's what they say here...means Hello!!! So last week we went whipping off to Denmark which was so much fun! After a crazy busy few weeks....I couldn't wait! Tra La La Danish Pastries! The lovely guys at Gallery brought us over to cover 'Copenhagen Fashion Week' and once I heard the Little Mermaid lived there, I was all wrapped up in the thermals for the action. Jam packed week and too many stories and exploits to tell so I shall give you the abridged version....so we went to lots of shows which was fun...I'm going to unleash some pictures from a couple of my fave shows!
Louise Amstrup- Loved this show! The collection titled, 'The City of Lost Children', opened with a short film and had some awesome digital prints!
Another favourite was Henrik Vibskov who presented his AW10 collection titled 'The Slippery Spiral Situation', in a huge warehouse opening with a band rocking monk-like attire...check out some of my pics...
And in other news....you even get a blanket with your coffee when sitting in sub-zero temperatures....here is a basic rundown of what went down..... Boxy with Boxes and PANT INSPECTION!!! OOOoooh Hiya!!! So as I was saying...hectic couple of weeks!!! So Knoxy was recently appointed as stylist for a music video catalogue for Diesel's 'BE STUPID' campaign... The project went on the rampage recruiting an array of creatives from designers, bloggers, musicians, stylists, artists, models tra la la....to appear in the magical video... I've been working in wardrobe throughout the project which has been sooo much fun and a few new phrases were even invented including..."cupping the terrier" after someone caressed a man's beard like a kitten....So anyway...watch this space and I shall pass the link over once the video has gone LIVE!!! In other news...as you know, some of my garments went over to New York for their Christmas holidays for a very special shoot with Raquel Reed and Doe Deere, shot by Steve Prue. The shots of Doe were used in her cover shot and feature in US Auxiliary Magazine...exciting stuff which, you can see above there! Love it!!!

Evening! It's been a while...the past few weeks have been crazy busy and many a cheap laugh has occured....so here is the LOWDOWNNN... So last month I was working alongside Natalie on a music video that Alexis was styling one of the artists for.... We were working with Emeli Sande...She's an awesome singer/songwriter whose tracks include collaborations with with Chipmunk... Her latest work is Naughty Boy presents; Wiley feat Emeli Sande, "Never Be your Woman"...which is kind of spooky because only the week before I had sat and watched 'Never be your woman' the movie....eek! Paranormal! So here you go...here's the video itself in all it's glory!!!
Oohh and I also had to face one of my many irrational fears of stairs/ladders and climb up a particularly trecherous metal ladder in a mini skirt!!!jeepers! Love and Ladders, Emma x

Evening Pineapples!!! I'm super excited to see 6 piece UK based popband, STARMAN, whipping onto the screens of SKY1 next month! OOOh, styled by Alexis Knox, you can spot them wearing a bit of Emma Bell as the 7 part series follows their exciting journey of making it in the music industry! Woo! Can't wait! с новым годом... That's Happy New Year in Russian, because I'm so cold right now, I feel like I am in Russia. I had vowed that I was going to be super organised and update my blog more, yet It's already the 12th and I seem to have been whisked away in a magical vortex of work and excitement.... So I have to say that 2009 came with an abundance of highlights..... It marked both my third catwalk show at London Fashion Week, as well as my debut at Vienna Fashion Week...and two brand new collections under my belt! On top of that I got to work on some awesome projects this year and also got to take my brand to a more international focus as travelling is the only other thing that comes close to my work as far as my LOVE LIST goes! Jetting stateside to work in New York as creative coordinator of the NYC AGAINST HIV event as well as presenting my collection on the catwalk over there was a particular fun point....however the falling over and scarring my knee for life, was not so great! Battle wounds........ The beginning of the year saw my special event with Jodie Harsh, 'The Emma Bell Circus comes to Town' thrown at Circus with the amazing Ladyhawke as guest DJ and cupcakes galore up for grabs by the scrumptious, 'Outsider Tart'. Other juicy highlights include having Big Brother Twins, Samanda rock my AW09 show and styling Little Boots for Notion Magazine!wooeeee! 2009 also saw Ebony Bones rocking my robes as well as Raquel Reed, Beth Jeans Houghton, Jodie Harsh, Annie and Olivia Merilahti of 'The Do'!! And of course, in keeping with the International twist, 2009 saw me branching out and going all continental (like a breakfast...) and moving to Vienna for a juicy chunk of the year! I am super grateful to have been taken under the wing of the wonderful Quartier21 programme who offered me a position as Artist in Residence in a beautiful studio in a beautiful city!!! Vienna was AMAZING and allowed me to work with a huge selection of talented creatives from all over the World, present my first European showcase and of course work in a totally new environment which was super inspiring!!! All and all a very happy, busy and exciting year...and I'm tropically excited for the realms of 2010! There's some juicy treats and projects lurking up my bejewelled sleeves...so keep those peepers peeled for upcoming gossip and shizzle! Best foot forward and all that for the year ahead....So far I was super chuffed to get a mention in the 'Evening Standard's' trend predictions for 2010, a nice bit of coverage on SS10 in 'The Journal' and to have my garments featured in an awesome shoot styled by Alexis Knox in the latest issue of Notion Magazine!!!
